Blooms & Greens
If the blooms or greens you ordered are not fresh when received, we sincerely apologise and you will have the choice of a free replacement delivered during the next available time slot, or a refund. Please note that you need to contact us with a photo of the poor quality or damaged blooms/greens within 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

JellyCat toys purchased on our website may be returned/exchanged either by mail or drop off at our stores, within seven days from the date of receipt. Please note that we will only accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. Please contact us before mailing back the products.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, a refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method used for the order. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
